Evidence-Based Policy Webinar by Ganesa Research and Consulting

 

 

Last Thursday, I attended Career Development Series from Ganesa Research and Consulting @grc.insight about The Importance of Evidence-Based Policy, and one of the speakers was my friend at ITB, Adit @adityap.aji , he is Head of Research and Advisory at Think Policy, @thinkpolicyid which is one of influential think thanks in Indonesia. Another speaker was Mr. Ihya @ihyaulumuddinsy from GRC.

Public policy in general is new thing for me, so I need to learn from the experts, and this webinar was giving a chance for me to dig and learn more about Evidence-Based Policy, because as what I learned at Agricultural Economics Master Program at UNPAD, which had a focus and concentration in Agricultural Policy and Development also Policy in Food Sector, I need to learn from the experts and become master in these fields, and for that I should know about Public Policy in general and how to create a good policy that gives beneficial impacts to the society.

Thanks to Adit @adityap.aji and Mr Ihya @ihyaulumuddinsy for the materials and learning, it gave me broaden perspective how should we make a good policy and the importance of Evidence-Based Public Policy and creating the right ecosystem on it for the better impacts and prosperity of our society.
