Last week I attended Exabytes Digital Day with topic about hyper-personalization for MSME's Businesses.
To
make MSMEs could compete with big entreprises, we could give services
that implement hyper-personalization based on our customer's data and
history. We could give offering by WhatsApp or Email using
hyper-personalization based on the customer's purchasing data so it
would give a personal and more relatable offering for the customer if we
compare to what big entreprises did with mass and general offerings and
advertisements.
I am also curious about how small websites
could implement hyper-personalization on their websites based on the
behavior and history from the customers, and the speaker said it's very
possible to implement with cookies implementation even for websites
which are using WordPress as CMS. It's such an insight!
